We use third party HR consultants to help us provide our bespoke CV writing service, this involves us, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available such information to the HR Consultants in order to provide a quality service.
Please note that all third party HR consultants have agreed to our terms and conditions and have secure password protected access to our database. Should any individual be found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, they will have their contract terminated with immediate effect.
We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
5) Content Rights
The rights in material on this site are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights. You may copy material on this site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying for any commercial or business use is permitted.

9) Payment for Professional Services
Full Payment
Payment for purchased Services are payable in advance by Credit or Debit card and accepted Cards include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments may be taken online or by telephone to an advisor. Additionally Paypal, Western Union and MoneyGram can be used or International Bank details given.
10) Professional Services:
Telephone Consultation and CV composed in accordance with the website prices at the time of purchase.
Completion of Professional Services:
You will be sent an email to collect and review any documents from our secure website, five working days following consultation. If your telephone consultation is conducted outside of business hours, then the 5 working days will be calculated from the next business day, following your consultation. All CVs will be formatted in Microsoft Word unless otherwise agreed at the time of consultation. If you want to convert your CV into another format then please contact operations.team@thefullercv.com
Any amendments made by you, following the receipt of your new CV that have been made without prior agreement, will result in no further work being undertaken or guarantees being upheld.
11) Aftercare Terms and Conditions for Professional Services:
Within one to five days:
We offer one request for alterations, free of charge, which expires either three, five or seven working days from sending downloading your document, dependant on the service purchased. Email the document, highlighting the required alterations to us Alterations will be made within 7 working days of your email being received.
Contact operations.team@thefullercv.com, highlight and alterations you would like made to conclude your service.
*Note we reserve the right to reassign you back to your existing or an alternative Consultant, to conclude the service purchased.
12) Our Complaints Procedure:
Please direct any complaint to the Operations Team, by telephoning +44 20 7998 4112, during normal business hours. When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded in the Complaint Log. A response will be made to the customer within 5 working days.
Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of this. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made. Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing.
A Manager will review the Complaint Log on a quarterly basis. Where this highlights a particular problem or pattern, this will be investigated and remedial action taken.
13) Resolving Complaints
Ideally, we aim to resolve complaints within a timescale of seven working days. If this is not possible because a full investigation has not yet been completed, a progress report will be sent to the complainant. If we,, The Fuller C.V, are unable to resolve a complaint that you make within eight weeks you can take your complaint to The Retail Ombudsman. This is an independent organisation specialising in providing an alternative dispute resolution service for consumers and retailers. 14) Cancellation Policy
As outlined in Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, in respect of contracts for the supply of services, we below detail our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Rights A:
Where the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement; before the end of the cancellation period
You paid by phone/online, opted to start the service early and your appointment booking/digital download made with a priority Consultation. You are entitled to *cancel based on the following sliding scale, by telephone to 01932 266170.
Digital Downloads: transferred electronically attract 100% retention
Skill Probe Service: Where the service element has not started: 50% retained. After service starting: 100% retained.
Up to 7 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 10% retained
Up to 4 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 25% retained
Up to 2 working days prior to your Appointed Consultation: 50% retained
Day of Appointed Consultation: 100% retained
Cancellation Rights B: Where the client did not consent to start the contract before the end of the cancellation period.
You paid by phone/online and opted not to start the service/digital download for a period of 14 days, following purchase. Your appointment is made for 14 days after purchase and you cancel before the appointment date. You are entitled to 100% refund, to be returned within 14 days. You are entitled to cancel by telephone to 01932 266170.
